Beschreibung

We offer for sale a wonderful boutique-hotel which is located in Plato, Leros. It is housed in the Tsalikis Mansion and after the owner's actions has been designated a listed building. The building has unique frescoes as it is a neo-classical three-story building overlooking the island's castle and the Pantelios bay. It was bought in 2002 and completely renovated. The work was completed in 2009. Since then it has been operating as a Class A hotel. It consists of three floors, ground floor, first and second floor. It is fully furnished and ready to be operated in winter and summer. It has five suites, a lobby and a restaurant, six high-quality bathrooms, and hygienic items. The bathrooms are adorned with Swarovski chandeliers of 1930. The rest of the lamps are made by Artemide. The hotel has two more rooms. One of them is an attic and has a panoramic view. In addition, there are two storage rooms, where there is a water softener. The furniture that adorns the space has been collected from antiquaries of the outside. There is also a collection of silver cutlery, tea makers, coffee makers, etc. which carry the monogram of an old cruise ship. There are Italian cast iron radiators throughout the building. The kitchen is very well organized and features devices that have become "sur mesure". The renovation of the building was done with respect and all the elements that give magnificence to the building, such as floors, wooden doors, wooden ceilings, stairs. The linen box is fully organized with bed sheets, as it features quilts, quilts, etc. of very good quality. Also, mattresses, pillows, bathrobes, and towels are of distinct quality. In 2009 the owner bought land of 800 sq.m. which is bordered by the hotel and her thought was to make another 10 rooms, an open kitchen, and a lovely garden. The new owner can finish the construction of those 10 rooms in order to increase the hotel and get a high income.Some description
