In the complex you can spend time in the pool – water river flowing through the whole complex, in the pool with water guns and Jacuzzi, there is also a swimming pool for children. The pools are guarded by rescuers. Free sun loungers by the pools.

On the green area, in addition to the wonderful pools, there are also four playgrounds with slides, outdoor simulators, fitness, sauna, beauty center and massage salon, grocery supermarket, guarded parking, restaurant-bar «Korabl» and restaurant-pizzeria, office-reception, tennis court/football field.

Support fee in the complex

The owners of the apartments make annual payments in the amount of 13.20 euros per meter of the total area of the apartment, providing: Support of the territory of the complex, Support of common parts of buildings, Support and repair of infrastructure and communications, Support and maintenance of swimming pools, Support and care of green spaces, Year-round round-the-clock security, Use of pools, elevators, lighting of common parts of the territory, lighting of common parts of the building, Guarantee repair and support of interior decoration elements of apartments.

All apartments with clean interior decoration and furnishings are fully ready for living.

Finishing works in all apartments were carried out using only high-quality materials.

 

Characteristics of construction

The complex is designed for year-round living.

The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with a 5 cm layer of BAUMIT waterproofing and mineral plaster. Air conditioners winter-summer in each room. All interior and interapartment partitions – brick or itong.

Entrance hall: Floor – ceramic floor tiles heated , walls – cork (cork), ceiling – latex paint.

Bathroom: Floor – ceramic underfloor tiles with heating, walls – ceramic tiles, suspended ceiling. Installed electric boiler, sanitary equipment – toilet, washbasin, shower cabin or bath (according to the layout), furniture and accessories (strips, hook mirror, etc.)

Payment scheme:
Option A.
The first payment – 10% is paid at the conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement.
The balance of 90% of the cost – installment payment of real estate under the contract with the developer for a period of up to 3 years with an increase of 5% per annum
 

Option B. 

40% of the cost of the apartment is paid in four payments within 9 months:

– 10% at the conclusion of the preliminary Agreement;
– 10% 3 months after 1st payment;
– 10% 3 months after 2nd payment;
– 10% 3 months after 3rd payment;

 

Balance 60% of the cost – installment payment of real estate under the contract with the developer. 

when installments up to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase in price 6.5% per annum
in installments from 6 to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – increase in price 9.7% per annum

Payment by installments is made on a quarterly basis.

With full payment of the cost of the apartment within 1 month from the date of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 2% discount is provided%

The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 10% of the cost.

 

Support fee in the complex: 13.20 euros/sq.m. with VAT
