New property registration fees for foreign buyers came into effect on October 6, 2026!

Previously, the total tax fee for foreign buyers was 9.5%:
6% + 0.5% + 3% = 9.5%

Now the rates are significantly lower:

🏠 1st property:
3% + 0.5% + 0.5% = 4%

🏠 2nd property:
4% + 1% + 0.5% = 5.5%

🏠 3rd property:
5% + 1% = 6%

🔥 So, when buying your first property, instead of 9.5%, you now pay only 4%!

The new rates were officially published on October 6, 2026, and are valid until January 5, 2027.
