Botaní is a project of Gamaro located in Pompeii, São Paulo. The development brings options of studios, office units, apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms, and duplex with up to 201 m2. The plants prioritize the use of spaces, with technical areas for air conditioning, infrastructure for gas grill in the studio, as well as hot water points and deposits in some units.
The leisure area occupies a plot of more than 3,000 square meters and includes gym, sauna, massage room, adult and infant swimming pools, sand court, party room, pub, gamer room, toy library, playground, pet place, coworking, bicycletary and garden. The ground floor has active façade shops and pocket forest, while the office block offers green and solarium coverage.
The architectural project is signed by Fernandes Architects Associados, with landscaping of Tagu Landscape and decoration of Très Interior Architecture. The proposal seeks to integrate contemporary architecture and nature, with common environments planned to promote experiences connected to the green.
The location in Pompeii facilitates access to points such as Allianz Parque, Shopping Bourbon, SESC Pompeii and Parque da Água Branca. The future metro station SESC Pompeii and the proximity to the Av. Sumaré expand the mobility options in the region.
