Director of Development and co-owner of Tolerance Homes. 23 years in Turkish real estate: thousands of completed purchases, residence permits and citizenships obtained for clients. I’m responsible for how the company works with clients and partners: how we select and check properties, why the price is the same for everyone with no mark-ups, and what we do after the deal. These rules are the same in every one of our offices — and I’m the one to hold accountable for them.
How can I help? Choose a city, a district and a property that fit your goals; buy remotely; obtain citizenship or a residence permit for the whole family; invest in a property that earns rental income. I’ll look into your case myself and bring in the right specialist: a lawyer, a residence-permit expert, the manager for your region.
What you get. A straight answer: whether a property fits your goal, what to check, what it costs and how long it takes. If an idea isn’t worth your money, I’ll tell you before the deal, not after. I speak English, Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish.
What you can verify. 25 years of the company on the Turkish market, 5,000+ families from 37+ countries. State MYK certificate of Supervisor Real Estate Consultant (Level 5), No. YB0199/17UY0333-5/00/20394, valid until 25 August 2029. I comment on the market for Turkish and foreign media: prices, districts, residence permits and citizenship. Our reviews are on our website and on Google Maps and Yandex Maps.
How to start. Write what you’re looking for and why — briefly, in your own words. I’ll reply by messenger myself or pass your question straight to whoever will solve it faster. No strings attached: we’ve most likely solved a question like yours before.
