French and passionate about Brazil for more than 25 years and settled by love in Rio since 2014, Cyril quickly specialized in luxury real estate. After having revitalized and managed one of the big agencies in Rio, he decided to co-found Horizon Rio with a team and a network of tested and approved Experts.


Graduated from the EM Lyon Business School and a certified real estate agent, he uses his extensive experience in the tech and data industries to develop a property hunting methodology that will allow you to access nearly 90% of the properties available for sale.
