I am 49 years old, married, and a father of five. Although I am relatively new to real estate, I have been in business and investments since the age of 16. My approach is built on honesty and transparency: I always prioritize the client’s interests over short-term profit, and I consider this the only correct way to work.

I have been living and working in Albania for about a year. I am based in Durrës, but I help clients find properties all across the country — in Tirana, Vlora, Saranda, and other cities. I mainly focus on residential real estate: new developments, resale properties, investment opportunities, and assistance with relocation or residence permits. I also work with commercial real estate, though less frequently.

I have around ten years of experience in the construction industry. I developed business plans for construction materials and took part in tenders with major companies in Kazakhstan, which gives me a solid understanding of the market, pricing, and the technical aspects of properties. This background helps me accurately assess risks and offer well-grounded solutions to my clients.

In my work, I value transparency and a personal approach. For my clients, I position myself primarily as an investment partner: what matters is not a single transaction, but long-term cooperation where both sides benefit. When my client earns, I earn as well.

I work in Russian and English, and I also understand some Turkish and Ukrainian.
