With over six years of experience spanning both the development and corporate sectors, I have built a multidisciplinary career in procurement, operations, project management, real estate , sales & marketing and administration. I currently work in the real estate market in Albania as a realtor at CENTURY 21 OKSFORD ALBANIA, where I bring a strategic, client-oriented approach to support investment planning and property development initiatives.
Previously, I served as a Tendering & Procurement Specialist at Timak Albania, overseeing end-to-end procurement processes for both public and private sector projects. My role focused on managing bids, strengthening vendor relationships, and implementing sourcing strategies that ensured compliance and operational efficiency.
Earlier in my career, I held the position of Director of Operations at CDRS, where I led diverse humanitarian and development programs across Pakistan—including disaster response, clean water access, community development, and fundraising. In a parallel capacity, I supported executive leadership as Executive Assistant to the CEO, coordinating strategic projects and stakeholder engagement at both national and international levels.
Beyond formal roles, I’ve co-founded two grassroots organizations AFDP and the Adil Foundation dedicated to empowering youth and women in Gilgit-Baltistan through education, skills training, and crisis support.
I’m driven by a commitment to sustainable impact, whether through streamlining operations, delivering community-focused programs, or contributing to Albania’s growing real estate landscape.
