What is Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate is real estate for commercial activities (business, rent). Such objects include both offices and production areas, as well as any other objects intended to generate rental income.
Types of commercial real estate:
- Office premises and buildings. Special office premises divided into classes:
- Class A 一 modern buildings located in the central areas of the city.
- Class B 一 buildings with simpler conditions and location and more affordable prices compared to class A properties.
- Class C 一 old or converted buildings with minimal conditions.
- Retail space. This category includes both individual premises intended for retail trade and large complexes with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues.
- Warehouses and workshops. Most often, these are industrial multipurpose buildings that are suitable for both storing various goods and for placing production equipment.
