Comfort class housing  is a real estate segment between economy and business class. It offers an optimal combination of cost and quality, aimed at people who are looking for more comfortable living conditions than in the economy segment, but are not ready to overpay for the premium characteristics of the business class.

Main characteristics of comfort class housing:

  • Architectural features. Comfort-class complexes are distinguished by their well-thought-out architecture, often executed in a single style. Materials of average and above average quality, resistant to wear, are used for construction and finishing.
  • Layouts. The apartments are spacious, with carefully thought-out zoning. Options with dressing rooms, separate kitchens, additional bathrooms are often offered. The presence of balconies, loggias, or terraces is standard for the comfort class.
  • Ceiling height: The average is 2.7–3 meters, which provides a feeling of spaciousness.

Comfort-class housing is usually built in areas with developed social and transport infrastructure, convenient access roads and access to public transport, metro or railway stations, while avoiding proximity to large industrial zones.
