Materials
We used the most advanced and high-quality materials to build a house. Starting with high -quality reinforcement and first -class cement, ending with finishing materials from leading manufacturers from Austria, Germany, Spain, France, Italy.
The house used many natural materials. For example, the walls of the house are finished with a beautiful brown stone, each bar of which is handed manually at a factory in Spain. And all the fencing of the territory and retaining walls on the terraces was performed by 4 brigades of masons, pulling a stone from huge blocks right on the spot. The base for the house is finished with an Albanian stone. But the stairs in houses are Iranian travertine. We brought him in plates of 200 kg.
