Ekspozita Building – The New Vertical Symbol of Modern Tirana
Rising in the heart of Tirana, Ekspozita Building stands as a new icon of contemporary Albanian architecture, designed by Mario Cucinella Architects (MCA). Reaching 93 meters in height with 24 floors, this multi-functional development blends residential, commercial, and public spaces within a structure that harmoniously connects urban life with nature.
Its distinctive form, partially enveloped in greenery, creates a vertical oasis that brings a touch of nature into the city’s dense fabric. Lush terraces and green balconies offer a sense of calm and sophistication, while maintaining a strong connection with the surrounding environment.
Strategically designed to maximize public space, the building opens toward Gjergj Fishta Boulevard, fostering a dynamic interaction between architecture and the city. Inspired by Mount Dajti and the Balkan mountain ranges, Ekspozita Building fuses modern design with natural topography, becoming a landmark of sustainable development and a symbol of Tirana’s evolving urban vision.
