These are two individual “bungalow” villas.
Located in Coconut Island is a very quiet and peaceful area.
It is delightful to take walks and explore. Bicycles and kayaks are available also.
The two Villas are virtually beachfront, side by side on a land plot of approximately 355 sqm. Both have beautiful ocean views.
These villas are 52 square meters (559 sq ft). Sleeps two per bungalow, 4 with sofa-bed.
The Interior is very elegant. Villas have Sat-TV, air-con, WiFi, granite countertops in the kitchenette, travertine in the baths.
There is a clubhouse restaurant and is open from 7 am until 9 pm, with the bar staying open as late as anyone is up. There will be a little general store for sundries, snacks, drinks, and some food items. Both Villas have full kitchen facilities and equipment.
Transportation: Jindarin Beach provides free transport back and forth from Phuket itself (Laem Hin) to Coconut Island. This is a 2-minute boat ride, coupled with free transport for 5 minutes to the resort from the main Coconut Island pier. This is free at any time of day or night.
Just 30 minutes to Central Festival Shopping and 25 minutes into all the wonderful restaurants, Old China Town and shopping in Phuket Town.
This is a great investment property as it located within a private resort project.
