Location
The cottage complex is located on an area of 5,500 sq. m. m. in the resort village of Ravda, 800 meters from the beach, 400 meters from the central road Nessebar –Burgas. The complex is just a 20-minute drive to Burgas Airport, and 4 km away is the famous Black Sea resort „Sunny Beach” –, the largest resort on the Bulgarian coast.

Ravda is located between the city of Nessebar and the resort town of Aheloy, 28 km. north of the city of Burgas and 1km. from the main highway Burgas - Varna. The picturesque city - Nessebar Museum is a short car ride from Ravda. North of Nessebar is the Sunny Beach resort - one of the most developed Bulgarian resorts, offering many tourist services. When choosing the village of Ravda for your vacation, you can visit the nearby resorts of Elenite, St. Vlas, Pomorie, and Cape Emine. An environmentally friendly beach and beautiful air are important conditions for a relaxing family holiday. Description of the complex
The house complex combines traditional Bulgarian architecture and modern amenities. It consists of 17 single-family two-story houses of the „twins” type, with an area of 123 sq. m, 155 sq. m. and 240 sq. m. Each house has ideal parts of a plot of land.

Support fee:
There is no support fee as such (house owners agreed to pay a nominal fee for supporting the village’s internal road).
After signing the preliminary purchase and sale agreement, documents are submitted to receive Act 16.
