ULI Poland Conference 2026 to Take Place in Warsaw in April
🏛️ The forum is organized by ULI Poland, the Polish national council of the Urban Land Institute. The Urban Land Institute brings together more than 45,000 members across 80 countries and serves as an international professional platform for real estate, development, and urban growth.
In terms of format, this is a professional conference aimed at an industry audience, including investors, developers, consultants, banks, lawyers, analysts, and urban development specialists. The event is held as the official annual conference of the Polish ULI council and is part of the broader European ULI calendar.
🧭 The theme of the 2026 conference is MATRIX OF REAL ESTATE. The organizers propose discussing real estate as a system shaped at the same time by technology, capital flows, sustainability requirements, and changes in human behavior.
📚 The first part of the program has already been published. Confirmed speakers include:
— Mark Brzezinski, former U.S. Ambassador to Poland, with a session on the geopolitical landscape;
— a conversation with Lejb Fogelman, Senior Partner at Greenberg Traurig Poland;
— Sarah Armstrong-Smith, head of Secure Horizons and former Chief of Security at Microsoft, with a presentation on cyber threats, trust, and decision-making;
— Andrew Baum, Emeritus Professor at the University of Oxford, with a session on market cycles, external shocks, and technology waves.
🌍 The program will focus on:
— the impact of geopolitics on real estate and investment decisions;
— the role of capital and the broader economic environment;
— cyber risks and their effect on companies and asset management;
— the influence of market cycles, crises, and new technologies on real estate.
🔎 Against the backdrop of discussions around capital, risk, and asset quality, choosing property today is no longer just about buying real estate, but about selecting an asset with a clear market rationale. Current property listings in Poland are available on our website.
