Dubai has launched an AI-powered platform to speed up the registration of real estate transactions. Called Initial Registration, it is designed to accelerate the process sixfold.

The new system reads data from passports, Emirates IDs, and sale and purchase agreements, and automatically fills out the forms. Standard transactions can be approved immediately after submission. If any information is missing, it can be added without submitting a new application.

According to the WAM news agency, the average processing time has been reduced from 30 minutes to less than 5 minutes.
