This 13,800-hectare operational estate in northern Mato Grosso State is one of the most
comprehensively equipped large-scale farm assets currently available in Brazil's cerrado. The
property sits in an active agribusiness corridor — the same region driving Brazil's dominance in
global soy and grain markets — with 4,100 hectares already under cultivation and full harvest
infrastructure in place.
Unlike most assets of comparable scale, this farm does not require infrastructure build-out. The
operations centre functions as a self-contained agricultural complex: industrial grain storage, a
fully equipped mechanical workshop, two private airstrips, on-site power and water, and a
residential compound for management and workforce. The first harvest can begin the season
ownership transfers.
The estate is located in northern Mato Grosso State, within one of Brazil's most consolidated
agricultural production corridors. The specific municipality, cadastral coordinates, and access
map are disclosed exclusively to investors who have executed an NDA and submitted a Letter of
Intent.
