Michalis Nakos
MSc in Civil Engineering and real estate appraiser, member of the Hellenic Appraisers Association. Has experience in real estate appraisals as well as in their renovation and optimal utilization. He is as well an energy inspector so he emphasizes on solutions for the energy upgrade of buildings. At the same time, he ensures the initial technical check to avoid defects in the transfer process.

Real Estate Agent and Banking / Insurance Broker. He has contributed to the lending of many real estate and the creation of healthy business forms. He has deep knowledge in financial and legal issues related to the transfer of funds, real estate transfer and taxation, providing protection of our customers' money from the pitfalls that the Greek tax system may hide.
