Villa is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Bay of Kotor and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa has been carefully restored over the past 2 years.
The villa consists of 3 floors and contains: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room and kitchen. Outside there are 3 large terraces with outdoor furniture and amazing views of the sea and mountains.
The villa is located just 10 minutes drive from the medieval town of Kotor and 15-20 from the airport in Tivat. In Kotor and Tivat you will find many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques, nightclubs, as well as ancient monuments and churches. The villa has its own pier where you can moor your boat / yacht or just sunbathe on the sun loungers. A few meters from the house there is a small beach, which is ideal for small children. There is a small grocery store 3-5 minutes walk from the house.
