Two-storey brick house with an area of about 140 m2, with a plot of 203 m2. The house is located 100 meters to the highway and at the same time in a quiet cozy place surrounded by a spruce forest, which provides you with the necessary privacy and tranquility. The road from the highway to the house is unpaved, but according to the city development plan, it will be asphalted.
The distance to the city center is just 3 minutes by car, to the Black Lake is 3.5 km, or an hour by walking through the forest. And the ski resort Savin kuk is only in 7 minutes by car.
