Vilhelma nami or Wilhelm's houses is an exclusive apartment complex in the Old Town.
The building, built in the 17th/18th century, is part of the cultural heritage and an architectural monument, which was revived in 2013.
During the reconstruction, a modern and cozy complex was created that can satisfy the ambitious requirements of even the most sophisticated buyer with its medieval history and excellent location.
For comfortable living and convenience of residents, the complex has its own SPA area exclusively for residents of the house, with a small, cozy and functional gym. There is also a small courtyard, closed from all sides from prying eyes, overlooking the Anglican Church. The picture is completed by a multifunctional hall where you can drink coffee, hold a business meeting, play board games.
The concept of the apartments "Vilhelma Nami" is created for those who do not just live, but enjoy life. For those who are able to see and appreciate what is of true value.
The interior is clearly dominated by white, which visually gives the rooms even more space and emphasizes the design features - unplastered brick walls and beams. Nothing in the interior of the apartments was chosen by chance, but in order to create coziness, peace and elegance in massive stone walls. When choosing brands of finishing materials and furniture, preference was given only to world-famous manufacturers and designers who create outstanding design and art objects that will not lose their value and relevance over time.
For example, the lamps were chosen from the collection of Japanese designer Ingo Maurer and designer Filipe Stark firmas Flos. Fireplaces are produced by the French company Focus. The interior is complemented by contemporary art pieces and specially selected items from European antique shops and auctions. In the bathrooms, plumbing fixtures from the Spanish design firm Rexa and tiles from Inalco were used. The furniture is presented by Italian brands Driade, Gervasoni, Cassina, Boffi, etc.
In the apartments, as well as in the house itself, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning, soundproofing, security - this is far from all ...
