Maintenance and support of the building
Clients will pay a fee for the maintenance of the building, which will be indicated when drawing up notarial deeds, and will be determined at the rate of:
0, 30 BGN (excluding VAT) per m2 per month.
The support will include:
- Cleaning and maintenance of the area around the building;
- Cleaning and maintenance of common and public parts of the building;
- Lighting of common parts of the building;
- Troubleshooting and breakdowns of common parts of the building;
- Maintenance of the elevator and payment for electricity for common parts, elevator, etc.
Payment scheme:
- deposit - 2000 Euro;
- first installment - 30% of the cost under the contract, up to 30 days after signing the preliminary agreement;
- second installment - 30% of the cost under the contract, up to 3 months after the first installment;
- third installment - 30% of the cost under the contract, up to 3 months after the second installment;
- fourth installment - 10% cost under the contract upon signing the notarial deed.
