HILLSIDE COMPLEX
The apartments in Hillside are located above the Marina complex, just 150 meters from the sea, next to the 5-star hotel. The complex consists of 10 residential blocks built in a convenient traditional style, each designed for no more than 6 apartments, with unobstructed views of the golf course and the sea. For residents of the complex there are three swimming pools, and the close distance from the beach and the pier turns the complex into one of the most attractive places to live in the entire resort.
The complex is distinguished by wide spaces, with spacious living quarters and terraces, a variety of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, different areas - from 36 to 139 square meters. The size of the terraces varies from 8 to 40 square meters, and offer a wonderful view. Each apartment has an underground parking lot; large apartments have more than one parking space.
MARINA COMPLEX
Marina – shopping mall and resort entertainment center. Located only a few meters from the water, the complex contains a residential part with shops, restaurants and a comfortable, picturesque area. The complex has an excellent location overlooking directly the marina and the reservoir of the golf course, and all its apartments have the undisputed advantage of – facing south.
The Marina complex offers a variety of apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, located in 6 residential blocks. The area of apartments ranges from 59 square meters to 149 square meters, with an average area of 93 square meters. The size of the terraces varies from 9 to 71 square meters, and the average area is 22 square meters.
Finished apartments feature luxurious finishing works and fully equipped kitchens, including all kitchen appliances. Small country-style cottages are built of traditional brick.
The owners of the property in the golf complex receive membership in the club for 20 years.
Those who wish to become a member of the golf club, but do not own property in the golf complex, pay a fee of 40,000 euros.
Annual membership fee – 1600 euros without VAT.

Annual support fee in the complex: 14 euros/sq.m.
