Purchasing through this well proven system considerably reduces the cost of ownership as it is split into four equal parts, and each owner uses the property for thirteen weeks of the year. Â This system has been created to give the opportunity to every owner to enjoy the property throughout the year.
Mainly each owner is not limited to only one period of the year, for example, for one year they may occupy the property during April, August, and December and in the next year March, July, and November. Each property is purchased fully furnished.
