We chose River Park as title for our project because it more precisely reflects its location – near Daugava and park. River Park is qualitative, comfortable and modern one to four room apartment properties from 34 to 165 m2 space and to them attached undivided shares of building and land. In the building are two stairways with elevators. By the central entrance of the building 24 hours a day will be guarding building’s guardian, video surveillance provided. All apartments have full finishing from high-quality materials. Apartment owners are offered storeroom spaces in basement 5 to 14 m2. First floor apartments have 7 to 16 m2 wide terraces. Building has assigned land with total area 4635m2. Territory will be greened, lighted up, there will be arranged parking lot for apartment owners, children playground and paved paths. Reconstruction of apartment house was launched in autumn 2013. Date of commissioning – September 2014. In this project are more flats with different prices.
