- lighting of common parts of the building;

- troubleshooting common parts of the building

- maintaining the elevator and paying for electricity to common parts and the elevator, etc.

 

Construction time

Deadline: June 2020.

 

Payment Scheme:

- deposit - 2000 euros

- down payment - 30% of the total value of the preliminary contract, after deduction of the deposit within 30 days after signing the Preliminary Agreement

- second installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the down payment

- third installment - 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment

-fourth installment - 10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon receipt of Act 15 or upon signing a notarized act
