Located 800 meters from the sea coast with sea views, close to the central infrastructure of the town . - the first 4-storey building, which has 15 rooms with 6 bathrooms, an area of 400 sq.m, a basement of 50 sq.m, a summer kitchen of 22 sq.m.
- the second newly built one-story building with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms, an area of 71 sq.m.
