Standard plan

• 5% of the price - non-refundable deposit when booking an apartment

• 15% of the price when signing a preliminary contract of sale of the apartment (maximum 15 days after booking the apartment)

• 80% of the price – to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract

Payment plan for a period of 3 years with an annual increase of 6%

• 5% of the price - non-refundable deposit when booking an apartment

• 15% of the price when signing a preliminary contract of sale of the apartment (maximum 28 days after booking the apartment)

• The same premiums from the price every three months to the full payment of the value or by agreement with the seller

Payment plan for a period of 5 years with an annual increase of 5%
• 5% of the price - non-refundable deposit when booking an apartment

• 35% of the price when signing a preliminary contract of sale of the apartment (maximum 28 days after booking the apartment)

• The same premiums from the price every three months to the full payment of the value or by agreement with the seller
