Location
The complex is located on the first line of the sea in the beautiful and romantic Black Sea city of Balchik, popular with its magnificent Botanical Garden, the Palace of the Romanian Queen Maria, tranquility, abundant landscaping and picturesque views. The advantage of Balchik is that it is not an ordinary resort for seasonal holidays, but a city with its own administration, which creates all the prerequisites for the problem-free year-round use of the complex, all shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the city are constantly open.
The beam is located in the northern part of the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, 30 km from Varna and the international airport. Next door is the famous Albena resort with its spacious sandy beaches, a rich sports base and many entertainment for adults and children.

Complex description
The complex can be confidently called “ a pearl in the crown ” of Balchik, as it differs in its beautiful architecture and is located on the beach itself, on the first line of the sea.
The complex consists of:
-4 two-level apartments ( ), located on the first floors and having direct access to the beach;
- 14 apartments;
- 4 studios.

Construction Features
During the construction of the complex, the emphasis was placed not only on a unique panorama and on the location.  One of the most important factors for the creators is quality construction, for which the best means, opportunities and materials were invested. The construction is made of bricks, the highest quality insulation, windows and glass are used, and the building is lined with a high-quality stone.
In addition, the creators of the complex paid special attention to each – panoramic elevator, air conditioning hidden in a special niche in order to avoid ugly installation on the elegant facade of the building.

Apartment description
Apartments are offered in a fully completed form, but without furniture. The exhibition sample-apartment will fully give customers an idea of how their new homes will look. We have great ideas and options regarding furniture, but this is an additional option that will be fully selected by the client.

Infrastructure, amenities, facilities
• The complex will have an exclusively modern spa center with a sauna, steam bath, Roman bathroom, massage room, relaxation room, Russian bathroom!
• The complex will have a cozy reception. This makes it possible for children to rent their apartments, and a management agreement will be signed for this purpose.
• The complex provides for a laundry room with staff, which makes it possible for owners to feel like a special guest, and ladies will not think about a place for a washing machine, about washing and about hanging. This service will be included in the annual tax to support the complex.
• The complex will also have round-the-clock live security.

Construction time
The stage of construction of the complex at the moment is „ rough “ building. Windows and double-glazed windows, e-wire, water and sewage are installed, gypsum putty and clamps are made; internal decoration and final design of the reception.
The complex will be put into operation in August 2012.
