Situated in the first row to the sea, at the very end of the inhabited part of the village Ždrelac, stands a newly built house of modern concept consisting of three boxes.
It is surrounded by a pine forest on one side and the vast expanse of the sea and sky on the other. The concept of three boxes follows the natural slope of the terrain, with the additional garage space designed beneath the ground level. The ground floor of the house comprises two separate boxes, above which is the third on the first floor. The larger ground floor box begins and ends with covered terraces on both ends. It contains an open living area, with the kitchen and dining area at the back, and a central sitting area facing the sea at the front. The kitchen and dining area are exceptionally spacious and, together with the covered terrace, outdoor dining area, and garden, offer the opportunity to enjoy meals and relaxation on the terraces regardless of the position of the sun or the season.
To achieve playfulness, the second ground floor box has a geometric shift and includes the entrance area with storage and the master bedroom with a terrace. The space between the boxes on the sea side is intentionally designed for a unique bathroom, with the main shower completely glassed and open towards the sea.
The third box, or the first-floor space, consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, very simple in appearance and design. The rooms are oriented towards the sea with double French windows leading to terraces. From the corridor, one can access the roof terrace paved with concrete blocks, which extends to an additional terrace designed as a green roof area.
