The complex is located in the cozy and calm resort village of Kranevo, which is located in the southern part of one of the best beaches in the Bulgarian northern Black Sea region.
Kranevo – is a small resort village offering excellent conditions for sea tourism. The beach, over 7 kilometers long and up to 1.5 km wide, extends to the famous Albena resort, which is separated from Kranevo by the Baltata National Reserve.
The complex is located 400 meters from the seashore and borders the Baltata Nature Reserve. The closed complex was created for an unforgettable holiday in close proximity to the Black Sea coast.
A 30-minute drive from Kranevo is the city of Varna –, the sea capital of Bulgaria and the largest resort town on the country's Black Sea coast. 15 km north of Kranevo is the resort town of Balchik, famous for its rich history and interesting attractions, including the magnificent Botanical Garden and the Palace of the Romanian Queen Mary.

Description of the complex
The house consists of 15 apartments. Major quality construction. Several accessories are completed with „ turnkey“ finishing and are sold with completely new furniture and appliances installed on individual orders in a modern style. There are also apartments without finishing, where you can do everything to my taste!
The complex has a closed area and access control. Beautiful and cozy common parts.
It is possible to purchase an open parking space, prices from 10,000 euros.
