Ski Apartment is part of Swissôtel Resort Kolašin, located directly on the slopes of Kolasin 1600 Ski Resort. This is the first ski-in & ski-out concept in Montenegro and offers you to glide back to your hotel at the end of a long day on the slopes.

Model for all Units rentals will be Rental Pool, 60% to the Unit owner and 40% to the Hotel after deducting costs.
The opening of Swiss Hotel is planed for December 2023. Apartment owner gets access to the SPA center within the resort, access to the renowned restaurants within the resort including the show kitchen restaurant, direct access to the ski slopes from the accommodation and premium views to the mountain, ski slopes and the forest.
Ski Resort Kolasin 1600 is Montenegro’s highest resort, located in the northern part of Bjelasica mountain range, accross the surface of 27ha. The resort's name originates from the height of the base station, situated at 1600 m above the sea level. Once developed, the resort will consist of two different settlement zones with high class hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets in between. All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced and operated by the hotel management, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities. The resort provides a unique and premium offer of ski slope properties, providing an exquisite experience and convenience of access to future guests and owners.
Today, Kolasin is one of the fastest growing cities and a metropolis of ski tourism in Montenegro. The highway from the capital city Podgorica to Kolasin has been opened in 2022 and has brought Kolasin to a 30 minute ride from the main Montenegrin airport.
The whole region of Bjelasica and Komovi mountain range surrounding the city of Kolasin is subject to a strategic development of ski tourism, with planned combined ski trail length of over 250km once the whole masterplan is executed.
