This small but fine hotel was opened 14 years ago in Szeged, the third largest city in Hungary with 160,766 inhabitants.
The city of sunshine is located on the southern border of Hungary in the border triangle with Serbia and Romania at the mouth of the Maros river, which flows into the Thysa here.
The lovingly furnished hotel is a five-minute walk from the city center. This jewel box forms a hotel, which not only creates a family atmosphere due to its stylish furnishings, but also combines the beauty of neo-baroque with the comfort of modernity, consists of 10 rooms on the 1st and 2nd level, a restaurant on the 1st floor, a parking lot for 10 cars in the courtyard, and a 70 sqm terrace that surrounds the building.
The hotel has a floor area of 564 sqm and is heated by gas heating. Gas, electricity, water and sewers are all connected to the city´s pipeline network. This small but fine hotel was completely renovated in 2016, including all windows, complete interior equipment, renewal of the lighting fixtures, floor renewal, loft renovation, redesign of the guest rooms, kitchen renovation, redesign of the bar counter and reception, facade renovation including painting of the exterior wall. That means that this building was practically completely renovated.
