The new villa complex project is a villa right on the shore with stunning views of the ocean and the Agung Volcano. The complex is located in the Chandidas area in the east of the island. It's a whole city with an epic infrastructure. There is no need to go anywhere - there is absolutely everything here, from a restaurant and a SPA to a kindergarten school.
3 bedroom villa, on the first coastline, you will have your own access to the ocean and a huge swimming pool with ocean water.
The complex consists of 250 villas, the total area of the complex is 15 hectares. The villa on the first line has a private saltwater pool located on the shore, right at the water's edge.
12000m2 of useful infrastructure. Restaurants, cafes, a bakery, a coworking, a SPA, a gym and a helipad will open here, which will allow you to get to any point of the island in 15 minutes by helicopter.

The complex will open its own stable, where residents will be able to take horse riding lessons. Here you can also place your horse.
