This hotel for sale in Rethymno, is located in the city, approximately 1.5 km away from the centre. The neighbourhood is at an elevated area, overlooking the sea.
The hotel consists of 17 apartments, including top floor suites, with jacuzzi. The hotel has also a beautiful pool on the ground floor.
The apartments/rooms are modern, bright and airy. Some of them feature kitchenettes, others have enough space for a seating area with sofas and all of them are decorated with bright colours, inspired by the sea.
The philosophy of the hotel is to be used as a base for exploring the city, since most sights are at a walkable distance, but also being close to the beach (again, walkable distance). Most of the balconies offer open seaviews.
The hotel was built in 2004, has been renovated recently and operates 12 months a year.
