Property description

The seventh floor has a RZP of 111.90 m2 – on which there will be 1 two-room apartment.
Standard apartment decoration:
-Corridor: floor – tiles, walls and ceiling – latex paint;

Act 16
Support in the building
Clients will pay a fee for building support, which will be indicated when drawing up notarial acts, and will be determined at the rate of: 0.30 levs. (excluding VAT) per m2 per month.
Support will include:
-Cleaning and maintaining the area around the building;
-Cleaning and supporting the general and public parts of the building;
-Lighting the general parts of the building;
-Removing faults and breakdowns in common parts of the building;
-Elevator support and payment for electricity of common parts, elevator, etc.
Payment scheme:
-deposit - 2000 Euro;
-first instalment –30% of the contract value after deduction of the deposit amount, up to 30 days after signing the preliminary agreement;
-second instalment – 30% of contract value, up to 3 months after first instalment;
-third instalment – 30% of contract value, up to 3 months after second instalment;
-fourth instalment –10% of the contract value when signing the notarial deed.
