Act 16
Support in the building
Customers will pay for the support of the building, which will be specified in the registration of notarial acts, and will be determined at the rate of: 0.30 lv. (without VAT) per m2 per month.
In support will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the area around the building;
- Cleaning and support of common and public parts of the building;
- Illumination of common parts of the building;
- Elimination of malfunctions and breakdowns of common parts of the building;
-Elevator support and electricity payment for common parts, elevator, etc.
Payment scheme:
- Deposit - 2000 Euro;
- the first installment of –30% of the contract value after deduction of the deposit amount, up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
-second installment – 30% of the contract value, up to 3 months after the first installment;
-third installment – 30% of the contract value, up to 3 months after the second installment;
- the fourth installment of –10% of the contract value when signing a notarial act.
