A small working hotel is located not far from Chania (7 min by car). The hotel is presented by two two-storey buildings. Between the buildings there is a group of pools: one large, one children's, one with a bicycle and one jacuzzi on the podium, and also a very well-groomed area with a lawn, flower beds and big trees. In total, the hotel has 10 rooms: 8 - in the main building, and 2 rooms are in an additional building by side the pool. Each room contains three levels: entry level - kitchen, upstairs - bedroom, downstairs - living room.Main building:thefirst floor - 2 rooms of 75 m2,thesecond floor - 3 rooms of 65 m2,thethird floor - 3 rooms of 45 m2 each.Additional building:the first floor - 2 rooms of 80 m2,the first floor - a bar-restaurant for breakfast.Basement floor - a utility room of 80 m2, used in the household purposes.All the interior rooms of the hotel are furnished and well equipped with the necessary stuff, moreover are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.All open spaces of the hotel are decorated with high-quality materials and are keeping in working and safe use.
