Location:
The village of Bolgarevo is the closest to Cape Kaliakra. The village is also located near the famous resort complex «Rusalka», near the area of Dylboka, known as the mussel farm and the Bolata area, which is a 6-kilometer winding canyon with changing vegetation, caves and swamps — habitat for rare birds. The place was first described in the 19th century by the Shkorpil brothers.
From the history of the village, it can be noted that it was founded by seven families whose descendants have survived to this day and have a continuation of their kind. Two landmarks have been preserved in the village, two stone churches - Bulgarian and Greek.
The village has developed infrastructure and is suitable for permanent residence. It has a population of just over 1,300.

The complex with a total area of 6800 sq.m., is located in a beautiful area, close to Bolata Beach and the Rusalka complex.
The restaurant has 130 places inside and 200 places in the summer garden.
The complex consists of 14 rooms, of which 2 apartments, 3 rooms for three and 9 rooms for two. Total capacity – 32 people. The equipment is completely new. Each room has a bathroom.
A project has been prepared to build 6 more houses for the hotel itself.
