The main house, guest house and garage complex were built strictly according to the project under the architectural supervision of experienced specialists from high-quality materials. In the exterior and interior decoration, fully completed in 2018, antique (renovated) Prussian tiles were used in combination with the latest adhesive coating, panels and boards made of natural oak, doors made of solid larch, reinforced windows with energy-saving wide-profile double-glazed windows (silver coating and argon), slate tiles and marble.
The house has all utilities (gas, water, electricity) - central, both houses are fully equipped with all necessary household appliances and are detailed furnished in the appropriate style. The plot comes with garden equipment (professional self-propelled lawn mower, trimmers, etc.), watering and other devices, garden tools, in the garage - a semi-automatic Karcher car wash.
Within walking distance from the house - the bank of the Isloch River, pine forests, tourist and bicycle routes.
