Location
The site is located in an environmentally friendly area „Shkorpilovtsi“, located south of Varna at a distance of 43 km. Project description
The site is located on the first line, next to the sea. The eastern boundary of the site is an asphalt road, the southern boundary is a neighbouring site, and to the north and west the site is bordered by a river. In an easterly direction towards the sea, the asphalt road acts as a coastal alley along the sandy strip. The river, which flows along the northern and western borders, makes it possible to beautifully decorate the shore (for example, a small pier for boats and water attractions). The border with the river bank and the close proximity of the beach make the site an attractive location. 
Communications: 20 kWt electricity runs along the border of the site. In this connection, it is necessary to build TP€ A wastewater and domestic water treatment plant was built nearby. You can build your own wastewater treatment plant on the site.
