The bus stop is located 190 meters from the complex. It is less than five kilometers from the Green Cape Botanico to Batumi Central Bus Station and Batumi Passenger Railway Station. Batumi International Airport is half an hour away by car.

The complex features a generator system that ensures the functionality of fire safety systems, drinking water pumps, elevators, parking facilities, corridors, evacuation routes, and emergency lighting within the inner yard in case of a central power failure.
