The building is designed to provide services for the disabled - a retirement home or rehabilitation centre.
The property is located about 20 km from Warsaw in a green area thanks to the surrounding forests and two nature reserves. The building has been designed with the possibility of providing a comfortable, spacious nursing home with rooms of a higher standard. In front of the house, a part of the garden with alleys for the residents was planned. The existing coniferous trees have been preserved, and the peaceful, green surroundings will enhance the quality of life for those who live here.
The building currently has 19 double rooms with large bathrooms. In addition to the rooms, there are rest rooms for the residents, a canteen, a kitchen, bathrooms and staff rooms, a doctor's surgery, space for a chapel and additional rooms that can be used, for example, as a massage room or offices or further rooms for the residents. The building is equipped with sufficient emergency exits, wide staircases, a large lift suitable for wheelchairs.
The available utilities are connected electricity, water from the water supply system, sewerage to sealed tanks (two tanks instead of the one required for such a building). Heat pump heating is planned for the building, and underfloor heating throughout. Green areas on the roof. For additional use of the area, the possibility of realizing with the principles of economical maintenance and ecology, photovoltaic panels can also be placed on the roof.
In front of the building there is the possibility to develop additional space for guest parking. There is also the possibility of parking along the road adjacent to the property.
