The accommodation option is up to 7 people. Animals on demand! The complex is located 15 minutes from the sea and the popular clean beach of La Mata with walking paths and parks. A 10-15 minute walk along the sea leads to a pine park with shady cool alleys, sand dunes, cascades. There are many restaurants nearby, a large Mercadona supermarket, a shopping center is 10 minutes away. Many cozy cafes and bars are located all along the coast. There is a city bus stop near the house.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
EUR 595 (85 nights) in low season
770 (110 nights) in the middle and
1120 (160 nights) at high.
155 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.
