LAND WITH A BUILDING PERMIT FOR A HOTEL COMPLEX. BEAUTIFUL, PICTURESQUE AREA BEHIND THE ROUTE OF THE GREAT MAZURIAN LAKES, ON ONE OF THE GUTTER LAKES OF THE NAVIGABLE ROUTE.
The two- level plot is located on the shore of one of the lakes, with a 150-meter shoreline. The lake is part of the Route of the Great Masurian Lakes, a unique tourist and natural attraction of Poland. The trail is a navigable route, consisting of more than twenty lakes connected to each other by canals, open to yachts and motor boats. The area is free of industrial plants, with plenty of forests. The lake is of the trough type with a mostly sandy bottom and an area of almost 20,000,000 m2 and a maximum depth of about 30 meters.
A valid building permit has been issued for the project, including an environmental decision.
The development plan provides for the construction of a resort complex including a hotel, cottages and a condohotel. The project also plans to build a marina for yachts and motor boats.
The nearest large tourist town - 10 km, where we have full tourist infrastructure and a railway station where domestic interCity trains stop.
