The house has four levels. The basement features a cinema, a gym, a wine cellar, a games room and the staff quarters. It also has a turntable parking space for 2-3 cars, which the developer can install upon request. The ground floor has a formal living/dining room with large floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the pool and garden.
