Utopia features 27 luxurious villas with 6 or 7 bedrooms and various layouts. They are split into two groups, Augusta and Charlotte. Their total floor area varies from 13,551 to 25,317 square feet. The interior design will dazzle you with its elegance: natural Italian marble and porcelain, sparkling metal and wood and stone accents. The furniture and interiors have harmonious color schemes: white and cream, gray and black, brown and beige, light blue and navy.
The house has four levels, each with different features. The basement has a cinema, a gym, a wine cellar, a games room and the staff quarters. It also has space for 2-3 cars and an optional turntable. The ground floor has a formal living/dining room with large windows that open to the pool and garden. There are also two kitchens with appliances and minimalist furniture and a family living room. The bedrooms are on the first floor and have built-in wardrobes. The top floor has a multipurpose room, an outdoor lounge, a roof garden and a small pool with a terrace.
