Residences at Volta have spacious balconies with views of the Burj Khalifa, downtown Dubai and the sea. The kitchens have modern appliances, such as a stove, a hood, a fridge and a washer. The ultra luxury units also have storage rooms.

Whether you want to rent a property for a short or a long term, you can get a rate as low as AED 75,000 (USD 21,000) per year. A 1-bedroom apartment in Central Dubai can offer you an average rental yield of 6.5%. You can also resell the property after completion and expect a profit of 15-20%.

By buying a residence in Volta, you can qualify for a 2-year investor visa or a 10-year golden visa, depending on your choice of property. You can renew your visa as long as you keep the ownership of the property.

The first quarter of 2028 is the projected completion date for the project.

PAYMENT PLAN:
The payment plan is as follows:
- 80% of the total cost will be paid during the construction phase
- The remaining 20% will be paid upon completion of the project
