Within a five-minute drive - the commercial center LA ZENIA BOLEVAR and the shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs Torrevieja, and within a radius of only a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartine, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. It's a great place to walk.
The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:
50 euros per day or 350 per week in low season
85 a day or 595 a week in the middle season
180 euros per day or 1260 per week in high season.

- final cleaning - 95 euros, paid 1 time at arrival.
