  • Total net area: 2,185 m2 ; including an area of ​​the production workshop of 1450 m2, locker rooms and bathrooms and offices of 208 m2, an area of ​​the assembly workshop of 501 m2.
  • Construction/construction: prefabricated steel structure. The foundation is based on point cup foundations connected to each other by reinforced concrete beams at the base of the façade walls. At a height of 7.55 m, steel columns are extended into a bracket for fastening the crane runway running inside the workshop.
  • Transportation of metal products throughout the workshop is carried out using an overhead crane, which moves under the ceiling of the entire workshop.
  • >The roof structure consists of primary and secondary steel beams. The roof of the building is a symmetrical gable with a slope of 4°, covered with roofing thermal insulation panels. The roof has motorized light domes that open for ventilation.
  • Ceiling height: 10.5 m2.
  • Facade: thermal insulating facade panels.
  • Heating: stove on pellets with a tank for hot water.
  • Connections: electricity (currently 3x315A), water, gas, sewerage, telecommunications.

Access: organized, access to the building from the south side, from the access road, along the existing road connection from the Miklavska Cesta.
Parking is available in front of the building.

Permit for the construction and operation of a production workshop from 2008.
Note: additional purchase of sandblasting machine is possible.
