Industrial facility in the north-east of Slovenia.
Industrial facility with commercial premises on development land. in the industrial zone of the municipality of Khoce-Slivnitsa. The object is an assembly structure (hala) built in 2008. The area of the object is 2158 m2, area land plot 4236 m2.
- Year of construction: 2008 - production workshop, 2020 - installation workshop.
- Area: 4236 m2.
- Total net area: 2,185 m2 ; including an area of the production workshop of 1450 m2, locker rooms and bathrooms and offices of 208 m2, an area of the assembly workshop of 501 m2.
- Construction/construction: prefabricated steel structure. The foundation is based on point cup foundations connected to each other by reinforced concrete beams at the base of the façade walls. At a height of 7.55 m, steel columns are extended into a bracket for fastening the crane runway running inside the workshop.
- Transportation of metal products throughout the workshop is carried out using an overhead crane, which moves under the ceiling of the entire workshop.
- >The roof structure consists of primary and secondary steel beams. The roof of the building is a symmetrical gable with a slope of 4°, covered with roofing thermal insulation panels. The roof has motorized light domes that open for ventilation.

Access: organized, access to the building from the south side, from the access road, along the existing road connection from the Miklavska Cesta.

Permit for the construction and operation of a production workshop from 2008.
