Building of a "refrigerator" in a place accessible by trucks. The building is a precast concrete hall constructed in two periods; 1983 and 1989, which occupies one floor. In the northwestern part, above the technical rooms, there is a smaller office space. It is completed with gable roofs. The facility has 11 refrigeration chambers, three of which have a clear height of 5 m, the rest - 7.5 m. On the ground floor there is also a product sorting area, technical rooms and communications. The net area of the premises is estimated at 3213.70 m2.
A solar power plant was built on the roof in 2012, not subject to redemption.
The external layout includes a fortified and paved courtyard and entrances, manipulative surfaces, drainage, wire fencing. Communal equipment is partly collective (paved roads, sewerage, municipal waste collection) and partly individual (electricity, water, ECC).
